hi guys newly registered here..have a y reg octavia 1.9 td with red i 110 elegance 5 speed estate asv engine code..my question is does these models have any turbo?and how often should the gearbox oil be changed?thanks a lot and take care..

TheTd part is short for Turbo Diesel so yes it does have a Turbo, and 50,000 miles for the Gearbox oil :thumbup:

Trust me, you'll know if the turbo isn't working, the car will be overtaken by a snail if it's not working...

You know that surge in power that kicks in at about 1800 revs? Well, that's the turbo kicking in..
