I have a 2001 vrs and need to change the front lower arm rear bushes, does anyone know if the solid rubber bushes from an audi tt or s3 fit?

Also i am thinking of fitting a rear antiroll bar, it has a new front bar so dont want to change it, what size rear should i fit?
