Fabia Vrs Brakes fit 14" steel wheels?

Featured Replies

Hi there.

I was wondering if I was to fit the 288mm brakes from a fabia vrs, would 14" steel wheels fit? or would the disc be too big?

Cheers.

i would most certainly say they would be too big, the calliper would foul the wheel. i had a mk1 golf with g60 280mm brakes and min was 15" (although i'm sure someone did eventually find a 14" wheel to fit), so the answer my friend, is no, they won't fit!!

nope 15" minimum

nope 15" minimum

This man speaks the truth. I have 15s on mine and it's a bit tight for clearance around the calipers - no way on earth you'll get a 14 inch wheel to fit. Lots of choice for cheap secondhand 15 inch alloys - mk1 Audi A3, mk1 Audi TT, mk4 Golf/Bora, mk1 Octavia etc etc
