Drove up to Leeds on Sunday from Cardiff for a weeks training course! Really not looking forward to the drive back to Cardiff on Friday!!! So much snow up here! Plus I have some lovely eagle f1s for extra grip.........

Hehe.  I'm currently in Cardiff, but have to drive up to Leeds on Saturday.  The roads down here are all completely fine at the moment, but I'm expecting nasty conditions closer to Yorkshire...   Luckily I have the winter tyres on, and snow shovel and wellies in the boot. Should be manageable with care, I think.

We have a ft in Kent at the mo. And I have an interview at Volkswagen tomo over in tonbridge. Joys. Looks like I may be in for a good 4 hour walk.

I'm not sure popping out every night to charge the battery is worth it unless you go for a good drive, otherwise you will probably *USE* more of the battery's power in actuating the starter motor which uses lots of power in itself.

Makes a change as it's usually more snow here, lol, although last time I was here in snow I was staying further up the valley.

At least you have a good choice of motorways at hand to make this journey. You can do M62 west, M6 south then M5 and either Monmouth or down to the M4. M1 south, M40 then M5 and wherever. Or even... http://tinyurl.com/23vk93f (redirects to google maps as google maps link doesn't work here).
