Will these fit?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade my rear brakes for something with a bit more presence. I've already upgraded the front with a 312mm set from a 2001 Golf 4MOTION.

The brakes below are off a 2005 2.0 Quattro Audi A3. The seller claims they will fit a Golf 4MOTION,t hough I suspect he means the rare Golf Mk5 4MOTION. Will they fit my car?

Its worth asking for £80 quid I think!

Any help greatly appreciated.

nope wont fit you need the older shape a3 or s3 ones

Speak to Jason (Devonutopia) - I think bigger REAR brakes are only really required if you do trackdays with a Stage 2+ car. Otherwise you'll just end up replacing the discs every year due to them not being used enough and getting really rusty...

This is on my "to do list". They arnt needed at all, but look nicer. :giggle: Need to get some from a 2wd car, mk1 octy, golf mk4 etc
