Does anyone know how far apart the pegs are spaced on the skoda boot badge?

I was thinking of removing it and replacing it with the vrs logo from the front grille.

Saves having to fill the little holes

RANDOM ANSWER

Aren't the bonnet and boot badges the same - in which case just raise the bonnet and measure that one?

[You might get a better response if you title your postings more appropriately?]

yes they are the same

I didn't mean the skoda badge.

I was thinking of taking off the badge from the boot and replacing it with the little vrs logo from the grille. But i don't know how far apart the 'guide pins' are on the skoda badge.

If you didn't mean the SKODA badge on the boot what other badge did you mean by saying "skoda boot badge"???

Neither the FABIA nor VRS badges has pins...

Sorry i'm not that good at explaining.

OK if you take off the skoda badge from the boot, it will leave 2 holes. How far apart are they?

Si Vxr has said they are the same as the front one. So pop the chrome bit of the grille off and have a look.

Lie he said, the holes are the same on the front and the back Skoda amblem badges. He said that you can lift your bonnet, look at the back of where your front skoda badge is and measure the distance. It will be the same as the rear badge holes. Atleast thats what I think was said.

Check out my first response #3 confirmed in #4

I think what the OP is trying to find out is if he put's the vRS badge from the front in place of the Skoda badge on the back, will it cover up the holes?

Yeah so it seems. I should really wake up more and re-read things lol been one of them days!

This is a funny, but helpful thread, I have just bought another vrs badge to put on my boot - it looks cool -better than just the standard skoda badge.
