That is the fuse for the alternator. It is either 110A or 150A depending on the alternator fitted. This can depend on the model and the region the car is sold into. Usually the larger alternator is only fitted to petrol cars in extremely cold climates so I would guess that in Hungary it should be 110A.

That's the alternator cable, they have a habit of corroding then overheating and melting the fuse box. The cable may need replacing if it's getting hot.

Cost me just under £100 for the cable and a new fuse box after mine went :(

I thought so...I just ordered today just the cable, about 50pounds at my skoda dealership minus 20% discount for cars older than 7 years like mine

Overheating but my other problem is my weak charging power from alternator...about 13.3V at idle, and I'm thinking that the coreded cablem may be the problem....what do you think?

Sorry, my geography has never been good.

13.3V is very low. The cable would have to be very corroded with broken strands before it would get that low. The charging current would be reduced, so the fuse shouldn't blow unless the cable at the fusebox end of the cable was extremely hot.

My fuse never melted. It was the fuse box that melted! The cable brakes down where it goes into the fuse box, making it into a resistor and making it really hot till the fuse box melts. The fuse doesn't get enough current to heat up and melt.
