Hey all,

I have just been out washing my car, when i moved it off a noticed a small patch of oil.... It seems to be coming from the front drivers side engine bay..

When looking under the car, to the side of the under engine cover (the outside) there is a white coloured peice of metal with a kind of tread on it, and this is where the oil seems to be dripping from, so i would guess its something above it dripping on to it??

I cant see anything from the engine bay.....!?

I took a very bad picture to TRY and help :(

I must say the dampness around it is mostly from washing the car but all the mess on the white thing is oil......

The car is driving fine and seems to have a good level of oil!!!

Looks like the lower intercooler pipe, quite normal for it to be oily around there.

Ahhh right ok then good news, I thunk it must have been a mixture of oil, water and mud from when I washed it! As it's been standing in a diffren place now for 3 hours and nota drip! Plus oil level is fine :-)
