Anyone got an AUQ coil pack I can borrow tonight?

Hi,

I wondered if anyone could help a fellow Briskodian out in my time of need!

A coil pack went pop on me tonight, and I need to use the car tomorrow.

Is there anyone in the Yorkshire region, the closer to Huddersfield the better, who has a spare coil pack for an Octy vRS 1.8T AUQ engine?

I would like to borrow one tonight (I can pick up) until I can receive delivery of a new one.

If you can help, please let me know here

Hi, I took my 2018 Karoq for it's annual service and MOT at a dealership last week. It passed the MOT but they have recommended the following remedial work: Engine coolant pump is leaking and needs replacing - £753 (including parts, labour, VAT) Brake fluid change ~ £100 (including parts, labour, VAT) Spark plug change ~ £175 (including parts, labour, VAT) Can anyone recommend a non-dealership garage that could do this work (hopefully for less!) Thanks

Hi all, My RH headlight is not self leveling, whereas the LH is. I therefore assume it is not the suspension sensors as I believe these feed both. Is there something like a poor connection that can affect one side? Hope someone can help me track down the problem. The car has had the headlight removed when the condenser was recently changed, if that has any significance. Thanks

Symptom, Upon locking the car I got a double pulse, from past experience I diagnoses the infamous flexible bit of the harness (pass side front door wasn't locking), poor design (should have used more flexible wires but that would have added £1 to manufacturing costs) I replaced the D/S 3 years ago and bought 2 harnesses at the time so had a spare in the loft, now fitted and all good. I'm going to repair the removed one as a spare

I currently got a 2008 octavia vrs but I've become a bit disabled over the years need my hip replaced ect Now I need an automatic and I can get a car on the mobility scheme. Has anyone got experience with this. I like the look of the new leons and noticed you can get them and they cover the insurance and everything. but would i be better off getting a used one and putting the money towards that instead
