Driving downhill on ice and snow.

Featured Replies

Maybe worth bumping since some might have some Snow & Ice this weekend,

now that the UK Winter is Officially over with.

I think I have to go and play with my off road and hill descent buttons; my previous Subaru's haven't had these electronics. Only AWD hardware. What I have found however on wet snow (surely one of the nastiest materials known to motoring man) is that the Yeti understeers quite badly. I need to figure out how to avoid that, by getting the front end working harder and not just slithering away. Or does a serious rear anti roll bar help turn in?
