Convex exterior mirrors?!?!?! Hmmm... so they DO exist yet SUK in their wisdom do not specify them for the UK market. Typical.

I remember seeing some on bay a while back, but not sure if they were auto dimming on the drivers side though, so didn't look at them.

No auto dimming on mine, nothing special ordered as mirrors. I guess it's just Skoda naming for the regular ones. Try your options list and maybe you'll have them too :)

Thanks TP,

Any chances you entered 4AQ instead of 4A0? (under 4X3 item) - I did the same mistake. I'm also curious which radio you had. Also you had bigger battery :)

Altogether 15 differences from 45 options - so quite different car, don't you think :)

No longer have the Yeti so unfortunately cannot double check that 4A? code. Regard the radio, UK SE and Elegance both come as standard with the Bolero and 8 speakers and diesels tend to have larger batteries due to more power being required to start them (higher compression ratio).

Anybody knows if there is also a code for the different exhaust terminal pipe (twin circular of big-squared one)?

I suspect that on my SM has been replaced by the dealer before delivery ...

apologies no but if yours is a model year 2011 (10th digit of chassis number should be the letter 'B') then more than likely it should be the single pipe with no below boot floor tool box.

If a MY10 (letter 'A') then twin pipe with a tool box set in below the floor.

Hope that helps,

TP

It's a 2011 model (chassis number with 'B') but in past days I had a look at pictures shoot taken the days before the dealer consigned me the car and... from the perspective point of view of one photo, it seems to have the "twin pipe"... but may be only an optical effect.

I don't understand what you mean for "below boot floor tool box"... do you mean the tools needed for changing the spare tire in case of puncture or what?

Thanks for your cooperation

Hi,

this My link I hope will explain what I refer to as the below or sub floor tool box and the change reguired for the new style exhaust on the 1.2TSI.

Just back from a "mall" close to my office and... there was a white Yeti on expo.

I did a fast verify at it and I've seen the twin pipe... I've checked the chassis number and it's a 2011 model (with B letter...).

As you can see on these shoots:

foto272.jpg

foto273.jpg

Just a curiosity: the "rail" inside the boot (the ones used to fix bags or other things) are not present. Instead of them there are just two foldable hooks (one on each side), as you can see here:

foto275r.jpg

Is a "new" version or not all the Yeti versions have the rails?

P.S. Just an additional note: the above pictured Yeti hasn't the spare wheel... and, other than the nets, there was also a complimentary 0.5 liter oil bottle under the boot floor cover...

Edited by medi@wiz

Hi,

believe the single pipe only effects the 1.2TSI, not sure on the engine here as the 5th letter (engine type) is a J and thats not on my list of engines from early 2010 but it could be the new 1.4TSI :wonder: as its a 2wd LHD (4th letter J).

The rail system is not fitted as this is obviously a base Active ('E' or 'S' in the UK) spec (steel wheels and black door handles + mirrors), therefore only comes with the 2 'curry' hooks.

Regard oil; got a litre bottle with my first Yeti but many don't, just wonder if it is from the factory but aquired by the dealer for stock sale shall we say :wonder:

Hope that's of help,

TP
