i want to put a new join on the washer pipe on the bulkhead so it doesnt keep popping off does anyone know the size of the washer pipe skoda use

Presumably it keeps popping off because you're using the washer without having sufficient washer fluid in to keep it un-frozen. There are several joints in the pipework and this is the easiest to get to and hence put back on if it pops off. Isn't it better having this joint pop rather than the one in the tailgate or, particularly, the one in the car?
