I am going to be looking a skoda Fabia VRs tonight. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what to look out for when you maybe about to purchase one. Any particular faults?

Interior?

Exterior?

Under the hood?

Would be much appreciated.

There really should be. I haven't been here long and I see this asked every week...

yes there is.....

Make sure it has an engine!

Oh and wheels!

Seats are a bonus!

oh and make sure it has a steering wheel, that can come in handy.

Generally speaking, it's what a previous member had stated, it's important

the Cambelt, and water-pump changed about 4-5 years periods or around 50,000 to 60,000 miles.

Front lower rear suspension (alloy) console bushes have a tendency to fail and need replacing, plenty of info on this site to DIY that problem.

Otherwise a pretty decent car, I've had mine about 5.5 years now.

Engine oil needs a VW 505.01 spec (any brand).
