Hi all, the names Jono :hi:

Quick question, im looking @ trading my 52 plate bmw 318 coupe with 60k and FSH for a 04 vrs with 114k miles FSH plus a grand my way.

i was planning to use the money to get it into a garage and get a full inspection on it but it will be doing about 45 miles a day mon - fri and i just cant get over the high high mileage.....

i know the engines are solid and of course he's gonna say its motorway mileage but do you think its a bit too high considering ill be after keeping it for a while and that it will be in use a lot??

cheers in advance guys any help would be much appreciated.

Hi and welcome aboard.

Welcome...

If your not happy with the deal then walk away. Theres plenty of lower mileage fabias for sale at the momet, and its a buyers market. Have a look around and get a lower mileage one with all the major work eg cambelt already done and hopefully have trouble free motoring for a while!

So your going to trade in your 60,000 mile car for a 114,000 mile car. WOW!!

Walk away from this deal, get the same type car but without this super-high mileage.

Logic dictates on this occasion.
