Pirelli P Zero Nero

Since it's a tyre I haven't tried yet and I want assymetric tyres this seems like a good bet. Anyone know there the cheapest place to get them is?

Also what are people's experiences of them? I've found quite a few postive reviews but not sure how long the should last on my vRS.

I get 8-10k on the front with these. Sub £80 a corner all in would be a good price IMHO.

I've been using them for a while and have been happy with them. I did try the Toyo Proxes T1-R but wasn't that impressed.

http://www.tyretrade...0545R1683WPZNRO £281 (£70 a corner) delivered, £335 fitted (83 a corner).

Cheapest place I found when I was looking. Highly recommend the firm too, despite the low rent looking site.

Failing them - blackcircles.com, camskill and myTyres tend to be the bigger online firms.

Thanks guys. The cheapest I'd seen them for was with Tesco Tyres for just over £300 delivered. I'll definately consider Tyre Traders. As you say the low budget site does put me off a bit but if people have had tyres from there efore with no problems then fine.

8-10k ! id rather spend the extra £20 and get twice as long out of my tyres, Michelin all the way !

ive done about 25k on my tyres at the mo and they still have about 3mm all around

Was no problems to be honest with you. It's all a secure payment, using some embedded MasterCard style payment thing. I paid using a credit card anyway mind. The tyres were ordered late at night on day 1. Instanlty got an automated confirmation email. Day 2 - got an email saying they were being dispatched and posted to a garage (of my choice) to be fitted. Turned up on day 3 as arranged, and got them fitted quickly without hastle - just had to show them a reciept.

Posted that up - and shows I'm not alone (albeit only 1 other!)

I have Pilot Exaltos on at the moment which have been good but because of a tracking problem the insides started getting eaten. Tracking is sorted and the tyres are wearing evenly again. I've had almost 10k out of them.

Ah that's good. Is there no problems getting them posted to your home address? A friend of mine is going to fit them in his lunch break.

Yeah, can get them posted to you I believe, or your mates work even maybe. Cheaper that way too IIRC. I just opted for the garage as I wouldn't have room in the boot along with the wheels to put them on.

Just put 2 pirelli's on the front so time will tell. Wanted Uniroyal rainsports but could not get hold of them but got them on order so they will be going on the front as soon as i get them

Hi,

Recentyl got a couple of these for the Front after one of my Rainsport 2's blew out, got to say they are much better than the Uniroyal's.

Don't know what sort of mileage you'll get out of them, all depends on driving style but they do grip well in the Wet and Dry.

I got over 43K miles out a pair of PZero Nero's - 38K of those miles were on the rear (of an Astra)

see here

Had these on the front last 2 changes, got 15K out of em, on coilovers so the camber wears them out quicker.

£180 for 2 fitted, balanced, new valves from Tyretraders.

In my experience the Michelins are better tyres (but not by much) but they don't last any longer.

Good stuff. No problems I hope? (Would feel bad if I recommended a firm who then failed you!)
