Phone them up, they have spare ecu's, thing is if you get a new ecu it would need coding to the car, they can sort it out or give you advice about repair

My ecu used to work with Abd parallel map ecu soldered on my ecu motherboard.A person who remaps ecu desoldered the chip 2 weeks ago of abd and soldered it on my main ecu motherborad and he reprogrammed it with custom map tuning.Maybe this gives the error P0601 but i have to say i had the same problem also before i took out Abd ecu few weeks ago.
