Bluetooth Stereo For Octy vRS

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if you can get a car MP3 player with bluetooth so I can use my mobile phone through it. Have seen some bluetooth radio/cd head units but not sure how the phone connects via bluetooth

Cheers

Adam

doubt it very much, are you planning on using it with your car kit or something?

From what I can make out it looks like a bluetooth phone will use the stereo as a car kit, so far I can only find a Ministry Of Sound one that has CD and bluetooth.

isn't there a blaupaunkt digital one that has bluetooth?

The only one I can find is a Ministry of Sound MOSCA061, does anyone know if this will fit straight into my Octy.

Thanks

Should do, though you'll probably need the wiring loom adaptor...

It has bluetooth for pda connection, is that the same as the MOSCA061

http://shop.ministryofsound.com/Cultures/en-GB/Products/Product+Detail.htm?CS_ProductID=MOSCA061&CS_Category=Car_Audio&CS_Catalog=MinistryofSound&CatalogNavigationBreadCrumbs=MinistryofSound|Audio|Car_Audio

which states it's bluetooth is for mobile phone hands free connection, anyone.....

why would you want to link your pda to your car stereo?

I got one of these for my Fabia. It was a nightmare trying to wiggle it in. There is a huge block on the back with the bluetooth stuff in and this has to slip through a gap in the recess at the back. I had all sorts of problems, and then the screen on the front went dead. I took it back to Argos and got a refund. I use a bluetooth earpiece now.
