There you go. ;) It's the img that you want.

Seats look good too. Hard to do the subframes?

Seats look nice  Only thing is what about the rear ones?

Big thanks to Triggerfish for helping getting the pic on.

The seats runners at the tunnel side are same length and i went to a local fabricators who made brackets for the outer runners the only other thing i had to do was swap over the airbag plugs

Thanks again regardsWhoosh

No worries. :)

If you don't mind my asking, how much was the cost of the fabrication?

Cheers.

looking good emoticon-0148-yes.gif

Hi

Fabrication was mostly desgin time and labour it cost £80 .

The brackets are four metal plates approx 2" sq

Regards Whoosh

Cheers :)

Might not be too costly to get some new seats for the Polo then if subframes are that cheap . . . but not too go off topic.

You don't have the drawings for the brackets do you? I have access to a workshop and could make them up for others that might need them in the future if you did.

Seats look great though.

nice exactly what im after

I have some TT seats lying around so if you could send drawing .dwg files or whatever that would be great or get them to make a few sets and sell on. I definatley want a set as I said in PM.

[email protected] if you have any more info to send.

How did you bodge the arm rest? Or is ti a 3rd party?

How did you bodge the arm rest? Or is ti a 3rd party?

Hi Rob

The arm rest is out a mk1 octavia it was gery in colour with a grey cloth lid .

I removed the cloth lid from from its mounting and recovered it in leather i them got carbon fibre look sheet and coverd the rest of it using a hair dryer to get it to stick.

To get it to fit i made a bracket that fits into the rear cup holder and drilled a hole through it and boltted it to the underside i also removed the small rear tray and screwed a couple of self tappers into it to give extra strength

Regards Whoosh

So pressuming these can be made to fit without to much hastle as you have shown, does that mean that Leon and Golf seats can be made to fit fairly easily aswell? I always thought they shared runners with the octavia and tt??

Golf is very different to a TT. TT has flat side runners. Golf and bora and lupo etc... all mount in sliders on sides and a fixing in middle

^^ thats as i understand it as well. TT seats arnt a biggy to fit, these a few fabia`s with them in. However, octy or golf seats are a much bigger job.

Seats look great btw, it made me wanna get some even more now!!

Matt

Whoosh is being a star and getting me a set of adaptors made up and my spare set will be going in my fabia soon!

Mrs Lupo has a Black set of TT leather

My Fabia will have a Grey set of TT leather

My TT has recaro pole positions in her.lol
