Induction Kits

Featured Replies

I wanna make my engine bay look a bit different and was considering an induction kit. Not really bothered about performance as it's already decent I just wanna change it about a bit.

If you've got an induction kit post a photo of it please. :)

I've just installed a Pipecross Viper induction kit to my fabia vRS. It's carbon-fiber, looks pretty sweet. I'll try and post a photo up later of it.

The only problem with an induction kit is routing the cold air feed, gets abit tight behind the battery.

The car needs a little clean so apologies for the mess.

Need to do a few thing to the induction kit, re-mount the bracket so that its hidden and re-mount the cold air feed.

a k&N from a while back just refitted it the other day, as the bracket that held it up snapped after being only a couple of weeks old, so just made a new bracket

Surely all you're doing with that is bringing in warm air from the engine bay?

The car as standard has a pretty effective cold air intake.

certainly am, but does sound good

Fair enough. Personally I'd rather have more performance than induction noise, but each to their own.
