in case anyone was wondering the car is available in the Portsmouth area. Come and have a look Briskodians. Only a week to go before I declare her SORN off the road due to the new rules with insurance as I dont want to pay insurance whilst Im away and I will keep her for when I get back. I think the pricing is a bit optimistic, I've been looking at one for my girlfriend and admittedly the ones I've seen are 55 plates with slightly higher mileage (no more than 65000), but even then they are a whole £1000 cheaper. Just my opinion of course.

In my honest opinion, I agree with Adhal.

Finger crossed you should get £6k for it. Just a matter of finding that buyer.

If you have comments regarding pricing then keep it direct to the seller, yes you can get cheaper ones but you can also get much more expensive ones too!!! Often Car's can be worlds apart in condition.

If you check out Parkers (yep not a great guide I know) but a 56 Reg with 40K is booked at £6700 for Private in Good condition.

I think the pricing is spot on considering the extra few miles and extra's it has.

Not easy to find really good VRS's these days and this one looks good.

OK I'm selling mine too so a bit biased on the pricing!!! lol

You seem to have gone against your own suggestion there i'm afraid.

However i agree that given the seller has not asked for comments about their price it doesn't seem entirely appropriate for posts to be made indicating the price is too high (or indeed just about right), although it might end up helping the buyer in the long run.

Perhaps the for sale forum should only permit a for sale post to be made and for any other posts to be made direct to the seller via pm, although in practice some of the posts may well be of wider benefit to others considering a sale, so there is no easy answer.
