Lost throttle response

Completely flat

Initially expected a failed MAF but sometimes the car will still pick up at higher revs, sometimes not at all

Any valves or vacuum pipes likely to be at fault?

Sorry, my crystal ball is broken. Petrol/Diesel? Engine size would all help.

just checked and my balls are still hairy too?

MAF is a good shout. Sounds like I was experiencing when my MAF was going out of range after my hybrid conversion.

Sorry, somehow I manged to miss saying that its a PD130....

Code scan may reveal exact fault. Possibly

Boost Leak, N75 valve, VNT sticking. VNT vacuum control faulty, MAF, Boost pressure sensor. EGR valve stuck open.

clean all the sensors and run it 3500+ rpm for a while, see if it helps,
