Can anyone tell me where the OBD II port is on a Mark 4 Golf please?

If i remember correctly its in the center consol above the ashtray.

It's behind a panel directly below the heater controls. There's a small cutout underneath that you can pull against. If you look carefully there's a small diagnostics symbol on the cover.

It is on the Fabia, It's in a different place on the Golfs.
