Hi Folks,

Due to an obvious lack of interest by the majority of the Northeast members (161 views and only 5 people including myself registered interest) i have decided not to bother pursuing this any further. :(

As you have probably already seen the February Meet (Originally January) has now been moved to March 6th. In response to this i was thinking that we really need a place with more car friendly facilities , eg more off road parking and more spacious drink and food facilities.

Firstly who would be interested in a regular monthly meet ( will do a second post in this thread to add your names to)

Secondly any suggestions for a more car and people friendly location for regular meets. (will do a third post in this thread to add locations to)

Further thoughts on this are that we choose 3 or 4 different locations around the Northeast to make it easier for all of us to attend 3 or 4 meets a year at least without too much travelling.

Yes count me also depends on dates as to work commitments only trouble you will find is actually getting people together most of the time people dont turn up we have had many a meet with good responses then hardly anyone turns up but i guess if people know their is a regular meet we might get a bit more interest from people in the north now that the nights are getting lighter might be worth a try. :yes: thurlby12 aka scotty Race Blue Fabia SE

Ship-Inn at Saltburn , got a canny size car park , good food & drink and we can always park up in the big car park nr the toilets if we need more space

i would have been up for this but im a bit of a nightmare as im not home every month and dates varie each month
