there is no logic to the build weeks because i had build week 11 and you had build week 15 but you ordered about 4 weeks before me :wonder:

Sorry to hear that but it makes me feel better - I ordered a week before you and mine moved from 15 to 17 about a month ago. Perhaps next time they will both move forwards Mine's a petrol DSG so there's no diesel shortage involved. The increased production capacity by moving the Roomster out of the Kvasiny plant appears to have had no beneficial influence thus far. As you say MY12 looms - plus the potential ? over18 week compensation sweetener.

Knowing what you know now - was it wise to let Pat go? My next Yeti will be on order in about five years time - and, by then, they won't be able to give the things away.

Regard compensation, I've fired an e-mail of this evening to Skoda UK to ensure they know I'm out there waiting impatiently

:( like you Tim my build week has slipped 2 weeks now week 13 so we wait and wait. i only taxed my old one for 6 months so need it to stay at week 13

Look on the bright side - if it slips any more you won't be distracted from your studies by the urge to go out and have fun in your new Yeti!

told my dealer if my tax runs out they can have my 1.2 and let me have the yeti demonstrator which is now the 170 with vlux roof they had in the show room with the helicopter on the roof. but he said i would have to fight the garage owner to get it off him. the only other loan car they have is a 1.2 fabia boxing gloves on ready for July

Nothing wrong with the humble Fabia, we have two Mind one does have the same most excellent TSI motor as your current beast (albeit an 85) Don't suppose their demo is one of those though :no: :(

Mine moved forward (enquired yesterday) from wk21 to wk18 (ordered end of December).

If the build stays there, then hopefully you should get confirmation within the next 7 - 10 days as WK13 is the last week in March. Be handy if mine moved there too, as her arrival with James could correspond with a week off I've got booked in the third week of April but no real plans to do anything much.

We appear to have tracked each other since the original week 15 was given, so hopefully you will move up one week as well. Hopefully this will be the last provisional build week change. My track record so far reads 15, 17, 15, 14 and now 13 (unlucky for some ?)

got an update today, still at WK14. Another move up would have been nice but at least it's not slid backward again. Just a case of waiting for week Monday for confirmation if she now stays put.
