FREE! Fabia rear speakers and Octavia Mk1 Symphony CD Radio

Featured Replies

A couple of freebies to give to you helpful Briskoda members.

I changed the rear speaker in my Fabia VRs for the 'uprated' Blaupunkt/Skoda ones that were talked about a few weeks back.

The originals have nothing wrong with them so are free to anyone who is willing to collect (West Yorkshire) or will pay postage. They will be in the box the others came in, complete with the long lenghths of wire (to fit if no back speakers already in the car) and also the original double-connectors to feed to the rear tweeters (as I had to cut the wires to fit the replacements).

Postage is £4.50 if you can't collect.

Also for free, I have a Symphony CD/Radio from an Octavia Mk1. I don't know if it works as it needs a code which neither me or the guy who gave me it have (for fitting a radio in his car). Either a code from Skoda or unlocking will be required. It powers up OK and asks for the code but beyond that I have no idea if everything is OK. It's a single DIN size so if fitted in a Fabia the extra piece of trim is required to cover the above the slot as the Fabia has a sort of DIN + 1/2 height radio.

It is like the radio HERE

Postage (due to weight) will be £7.00.

Anyone who is interested just give me a pm. I'll try to get back to you ASAP but I won't be by the computer all the time.
