Help on Fault Codes?

Featured Replies

Right i have been having problems with my car holding back on full boost in 3rd 4th and 5th gear.

I scanned my car tonight and got these two fault codes:

P0118- Engine coolant sensor

P0562- ??

I know one of them is the coolant temp sensor but could someone tell me what the other one is if possible? And whatever it is if it could help my flat spot issue.

Paul

This may help.

Cheers mate, i am not to sure on what it means but ill check my battery terminals etc etc.

If you email me the car details, i.e. mark 1, year, engine code, model etc etc, I will have a look at my fault table. When I scanned mine, I had a temp switch fault but it was a totally different code and was specific with sender details i.e. code 17633 coolant temp sender G62 defective or Line short circuit to earth. When I checked my manual fault table, it said the same and pin pointed exactly where G62 was. It runs so much better now!!!
