Bare in mind this is for a 1.4lt, 16v, 74kw (100bhp), petrol...... :giggle:

41.3mpg, over 1223miles, averaging 37mph, in 32hrs & 40mins

Have had better mpg with a faster average speed.....but this current reading is on my wider than OEM "summer" wheels.. :S

I'm sure my computer has got more accurate recently. Used to be about 5mpg too good, now seems ~2mpg worse (lots of miles and stuff)

Trip 2 = 48.5 :) i can handle that

Checked mine briefly last night 75hours, 48mph, 52.5mpg 3595 miles. Quite impressed with that

I reset mine every time I brim my tank from empty so not that impressive...

170 miles, 21mpg

Mine's in and around 40mpg though i've never reset my trip 2 in the 4000 miles have had it so 40mpg over 4000 miles in completely mixed driving conditions seems about right to me. I get about 400 miles to a tank so 40mpg sounds dead on.

Yes, but what's the average speed? I suspect your average journey is also quite short so the car runs cold quite a lot of the time too.

Mines always hovering around the 37-40mpg mark, which is slightly LOWER than what I get really. I do set mind every time I fill up though. My mate's was only on 23.something :D that's over the course of a week or so

Nah not really, it just gets driven hard lol

In the petrol 1.4 16v...

Trip 2 MPG; 45.1. Over about 1500 miles. Pretty happy with it in a 10year old car.
