Any ideas on where I can get a replacement? Or, more hopefully, is anyone scrapping their fabia so I can have theirs?

Are you sure the webbing doesn't just need a good clean? Very rare for the tension spring to break unless car has been in a shunt at some point. Anyway, if you need one, it's a dealer part or maybe Euro carparts, Do NOT get one from a scrappy if the car has been in an accident.

Clean with furniture polish/dashboard silicone-based cleaner. Should retract then.

This happened to mine a few months back, I pulled it out fully and gave it plenty of WD40, on the belt and into the mechanism itself and then let it retract, feeding it in where necessary. I did this a few times and now it works perfectly

Take the trim off, give the mechanism a bit of a clean with a warm damp sponge. Then go crazy with some furniture polish. Not sure if you could use some WD-40?
