started to notice a noise like fluid being pumped though a small hole or down a hose when the ignition turned on on my vrs. get the feeling it is fluid being primed in the abs pump. It's a wierd noise from inside the car but really loud when the car is in the garage and the car window is open. Any ideas? Car has done 6000 miles. Thanks

Not a problem. There has been plenty of talk on here about that and a search would bring up lots of info. This is normal as it is the fuel being primed.

thanks for the info. Found some old threads on this. As you say sounds like the fuel priming. Sometimes it does it on start up sometimes it doesn't. Seems dependant on how long since the car was turned off and perhaps on temperature.

Yeah those are the variables for the priming of the engine i do believe. I was worried about that when i first got mine, but the helpful people on briskoda help every time.
