Windows can be controlled from the key fob

Featured Replies

I held the unlock button too long the other day and then all the windows came down!

Unlock the car then press unlock again and hold the button down. The windows will start to open until you release the button.

Same for locking and closing the windows.

Absolutely normal, you can also open / close your windows by unlocking / locking the car manually. Just insert the key into the locker and keep the key to unlock / lock position.

And if you have the maxidot you can set whether you want to open just the drivers' window or all electric windows

Maxidot is a more advanced version of the onboard computer. You can set difference things using the car's own controls. If you don't have this you should still be able to activate this feature using a VCDS cable - either at the dealer or then if someone you know have one. Search the forum for more info on the VCDS
