Does anyone know if the panel around the gear stick pries out including the small black trim around the centre part or is the small black trim removed first.

Also how is the central vertical panel removed. This is the one around the Radio and Climate control.

Does it simply pry out?

Lastly the ashtray lid. There are a couple of torx screw heads inside the ashtray.

Are they removed in order to take out the lid.

This is all in relation to fitting the Genuine Skoda wooden accessory kit, which is not a stick-on item

The one around the radio , open the ashtray and you can pull the lower part towards you , then you can pull it off

I think that the one around the gear lever pulls off to reveal two more screws that hold the ashtray in. This comes out with the gaitor attached.

Very many thanks for that. That seems to be it. I just need get a torx driver and find something thin to poke in and release the barbed hooks on the panels.
