Featured Replies

Isn't TUV the German department of transport? Or similar such authority...?

i think its like the britsh standards authority.... kite mark type of thing.

Damnit - I was hoping they were the eibach springs, after seeing the German reference. No use for my car unfortunately. Right - I'm going to look for Eibach on ebay now.

Cheers

EDIT: Damnit, again. Nothing - not even in those shops where you can "buy it now."

A-ha...I knew it had been mentioned on here...to quote Duncan:

TuV is the German equivilent of the Government Dept of Transport , all acessories used on German roadcars must be TuV approved , and they are much stricter regs than used over here , so if its a TuV approved part , its generally good quality.

Rob.

Looks like Rob you are among the few who could actually make use of these springs - they are quoted as being suitable for cars with engine code AEH MY97 onwards. This may even mean they are only suitable for older cars too.
