nice not seen them wheels before, they look good imo, what size are they 17" and is your fabia lowered or standard ride height

Nice B)

Need more lows though

Off topic a bit but has your front bumper been resprayed? Colour looks off to me

  • Author

Yeah 17s lowered 20mm speed bumps in my area will not let me go any lower though!

Not been resprayed as far as I know I do see what you mean I think it's just the light (I think!)

Nice B)

Need more lows though

Are you catching at the mo?

I used to feel the same - I have a frustrating speed bump at the end of my street that cannot be avoided. When I lowered first, I used Eibach springs, but soon decided that I needed to go lower. Ordered some weitecs and fitted so that the car doesn't sit stupidly low (it is still low mind you, rear adusters are out and the front adjusted to match) and provided i drive slowly, it gets over the speed bump just fine. It's close, but the sump and splitter do clear without catching.

What brake set up are you running? Discs look good

My god these look so much better than your last yet. Nice to see something different, and I don't think it needs to be any lower at all

Very nice car dude

I think they look quite good. Different, never seen them before. The bumper probably looks a different colour as its plastic and they always come up slightly different to the panels, plus silver is an awkward colour for matching.

They are quite nice. I'm glad people are being different and not choosing spiders. Does need more low. I'm with Gareth above. Mine doesn't catch on anything yet and I've been over numerous speed bumps. Also I think should colour code your grille if they are staying silver.

Just running standard brakes at the mo but will be changing to 312's very soon cheers for the comments, it's hard to be different and make it look good but I just wanted to stray away from the spider look, not because they don't look nice but because things that are done differently well look that little bit better! IMO of course!

More lows needed :)

Speed bumps are there for a reason, to slow the traffic - when lowered enter slowly, 1st gear, no scrapes

Bumper does look a darker shade :wonder:

I really don't know why the picture has come up like that went and had a look earlier and I can't see any difference in colour, bloody bizarre!

Plastic bumper's will always look a little different shade to a metal wing.

Any silver is a nightmare to match plastic to metal.

(Mate owns body shop).

But I will say, that bumper has definitely had a re-spray without the wing being blended in.(new paint, fresh and dark. Old paint faded and lighter)

Nought wrong with that. Previous owner probably wanted stone chips sorted.

I'm sure that bumper has been sprayed... if It has the person that did it needs some new glasses!!!

Right after scratching my head I know why it looks like it's been resprayed, opposite the car is a chest high wall which blocks the light across the bumper which makes it look darker reversed the car out and bingo back to normal now back to topic!!
