anybody help me chase some vrs history?

Featured Replies

I recently brought a fabia vrs, but I didn't receive any history!! the previous owner doesn't know if he had it, or has lost it, and when I call dealers they don't have a national database like VW or Audi?

The registration starts with NU05 and is a silver fabia VRS, so if anybody could help?

It would be highly appreciated!

Try ringing Skoda uk who will be able to tell you who the original supplying dealer was,the dealer then should be able to help you providing it was serviced by them.

Failing that, this may give some useful info. Good to check it's not been clocked at any rate.

Edit, the link helps!

Ask the previous owner where they had the car serviced. They should be able to supply duplicate invoices, especially if it's a larger dealership.

MOT ones a doddle, thanks!

Previous owner doesn't really have a clue, so im stumped, got through to the issuing dealer, got one service so far, but there more than willing to stamp a book for me, on to the rest?

I cant believe there is not a national database, when I call audi uk, they tell me everything i could have asked for!

Yeah Skoda and SEAT don't use the dialogue system like VW and Audi but tbh I think even they have or are stopping that old system. Even that though only records main dealer servicing obviously.

weirdly with mine i got the service handbook, with all stamps, reciepts and invoices for work done. but the black handbook is missing :(
