The time has come for me to have a go at replacing the cambelt on my VRS.

Where is the best place to purchase the special tools (specifically Crank locking tool)?

Or is there anyone that would be willing to lend them to me?

I am based in Wolverhampton.

Not that expensive from a dealer but I guess check out eBay for something like this.

The crank locking tool part No T10050 cannot be purchased from places like TPS.

I bought mine from a Skoda dealership, inc VAT it was £24.52.

Re the camshaft locking tool, I made my own from a lengh of round bright mild steel bar that I turned down to size (6mm +/- 0) in my lathe.
