My dad has a Roomster Scout 1.9TDI (08) he has just had a full service (not a skoda garage) & they havent reset the light so he gets a nice annoying beeping sound when he gets in the car.

Anybody know how to do this please?

Hi Katie,

Pretty sure the procedure is described in the vehicle handbook - some combination of holding the trip reset down whilst switching on the ignition if it's like the Fabia. Unfortunately I'm offshore at the mo so can't check out the exact details for you. Alternatively a code reader such as the VAG405 does it in a couple of keystrokes (if you've got access to one)

If nobody else comes up with a definitive answer I'll get SWMBO to scan the handbook at home and forward the details.
