Wanted section as you say will get more response - alot of people can't be ar5ed to send them to Ireland even if you do sort out the courier as its a royal pain in the behind.

Wouldn't make a huge difference tbh, but the standard fabia vRS alloys are 16" (its the octy that has 17")

Makes very little difference to the rolling circumference if any. I measured it the other day.

i may have a set up for sale.
