How are you listening to your iPhone music on you OEM HU?

Featured Replies

I've been looking round at something to enable me to hook up my iPhone 4 so I can control it from the headunit.

I looked at this

http://www.dynamicsounds.co.uk/connects-ctaskipod003-iphone-adapter-skoda-octavia-fabia-roomstersuperb-p-10028.html

It isn't compatible with the sympthony HU. So what are you guys using in your Fabia I?

I looked on the ICE forum and got excited when the search brought up (after 12 pages of results) "Definitive answer vRS sympthony and ipod/iphone" to find its the same question I have! LOL

Any help much appreciated Thanks

Thought of trying this one?

J.

I have one of those Ebay cables with the blue connector that fits into the CD changer slot in the back of the OEM head unit.

All controls except volume are on the Iphone, but it works well.

Thanks Vindaloo,

We did consider that one, but it says for Fabia 2000-2005, and ours is a 2006 with a cd player. Is it highly likely to work fine?

B1ackb1rd, did think of those but decided we'd need something where most controls are on the OEM head unit to minimise distraction and I wouldn't want to accidently call my mum in turkey when trying to change track!
