You will struggle to lower a (I presume vRS) 50mm with just springs. Consider coilovers IMO.

This topic has been discussed many a time, if you are looking for some serious drop then ideally you want to be looking at Coilovers as your std dampers are not designed to be run that low, will drasticly reduce life of them.

iv got some 40mm spax springs if you want them, not done many miles

the springs i bought were listed for a fabia but im not sure about the drop on a vrs. apparently the vrs already has lower springs than a normal fabia so im unsure if the drop is 40mm from standard fabia height or vrs if you get what i mean.
