Can't imagine it would be too difficult. The Mk3 Ibiza Cupra was 1.8T - AQX/AYP

Easier to just buy a 1.8t Cupra and add turbos etc no? Cheaper too, and better brakes/spec etc.

Just saw the engine auction on a link here and it got my brain working.

Would be easier and less costly just to buy a Mk3 1.8T.

Woudl probably be easier to stick the 225 in the Fabia :wonder:

I recall it has been done many times and the mk3 is not wildly different to the mk2 so I think it is hard rather than impossible.
