Looks like there's a discounted price for museum entry if your car is over 20 years old.

Obviously modern cars are welcome too.

It was a great day, I went in my 1965 Octavia saloon, a freelance writer / snapper for CCW came with me for the 250 mile round trip. There's confidence for you!

Most of you will be familiar with the Gaydon venue from the big Briskoda /SOCGB meet in 2009.

On Sunday there were several clubs having meets there, the Metro owners were out in force,

there was a 2 stroke gathering featuring some gorgeous Trojans, DKWs and Auto Unions,

plus of course our humble joint Eastern Bloc clubs meet.

During the day, there were cavalcade laps I gave lifts to a couple of people and also got blagged a ride in a Tatra 613 (drools profusely) then the owner shocked me with, "here, you have a drive" ..... if you're into Eastern Bloc classics thats a big box to tick :-) me want me want! If you're not sure what a Tatra is (they weren't available in the UK) You tube has some footage, turn the audio up to get the Air-cooled V8 music!
