Are you sure you are on variable?

I'm on fixed which flags up at 10,000 miles or 12 months whichever I reach first.

To be needing a service at 10K on variable seems strange to me?

It says 520 days or 1200 miles (ending up 10k from last service) - I do do about 18,000 a year though...maybe that has something to do with it
