My brakes started squealing when turning at low speed, so I replaced them with new ones last weekend, all that stopped and was really pleased but now there's high pitched squealing coming from the passenger side front when turning at low speeds, its doing my head in, my mate fitted them for me. He's a mechanic so I'm pretty sure he's done it properly, any ideas??

Fabias are prone for the squeaking, if hes a techie im guessin he prob used copper grease or somethin like that which is what we use, u might have got a stone caught between the pads or something, take your wheel off and have a quick look you dont need to be mechanically minded to check for a stone, and if theres nothing there ask your mate to have another look.

Ye he greased the little tabs on the pads, that's right isn't it??
