Columbus Firmware 3810 on 3T0 rev.A unit working

Firmware 3810 is really intended to only be installed newer versions of the Columbus, however Josi has created a version of this firmware that can be installed on Version A units. I installed this today on mine, because I wanted the Personal POI import function. Download links are on a italian VW forum.

Note: installing this from any FW revision will reformat the Columbus HDD, so you will need to reload your music. This FW also requires version 7.1 of the map DVD, as the POIs are stored differently.

This is a BETA firmware, and has a number of quirks as well.
