Got mine thankyou

Picked mine up from Johnny today, Fitting it tomorrow, I'll report back!

Fitted last night (after some stressing and cursing), had a quick go around small lower speed a-roads, seems like I notice the roll more now which I suppose it means I notice the flex towards the rear less. There is a subtle but definite difference, cant quite put my finger on the description yet. Im sure I can get a better description after trying it out at higher speeds. Ride comfort doesn't seem to differ much, so thats all good.

Think I may remove the upper front strut of mine and see if it suits my needs better. Currently the front is still a little too stiff compared to the rear.

On hindsight I may have wanted a two piece one (Forge) as I often drop the seats for luggage.. I'll see if that annoys me in the near future, but overall think this is a definite step forward :) Thanks!

How much was the forge one??

How much was the forge one??

£110 IIRC.

I had a flexi socket attachment which helped a little. Mine was uber tight against the sides so had to poke the hole through the carpet first to get that extra couple of mm.

I also took the surrounding plastic on the edge of the seats to get a better angle for the flexi thing. Tighened it up with that mini wrench set you can get from halfords (on offer atm for a £10).

Yet to have tried higher speed cornering but did push a bit more on a few roundabouts, liftoff oversteer I'd reckon can come pretty easily now if you wrestle the car. Can't quite decide if its too trigger happy yet..

Is the forge one quicker to remove on impromptu occasions when in need to drop rear seats for more luggage space? What's the point of the middle folding on the forge one?

If these are decidedly better than the branded version, then I'm definitely interested in one :D

are these still up for sale?

might fancy a matt black 1
