Hi there,

I am looking to buy a VRS in the near future (prob.) April/May.

Up until now I have owned many Japanese cars, a very fast one called Mitsubushi Galant VR4, as well as some good looking ones like the Prelude, Legnum and a kitted Avensis.

By buying a VRS it would continue my usual trend of style and performance, plus excellent fuel economy!

So I am looking forward to start an enjoyable VRS ownership with the help of your expertise!

Hello and Welcome:D

i guess your going to be getting a Fabia vRS then?

if not my Octavia vRS is up for sale.

Nice choice  Welcome on board

Welcome, a VR4...was a time I'd love one of these. Truth be known I still do, but not as a daily runner, not now.

Maybe as a weekend car when fuel is 1.00+ a litre :)

Welcome!

22 mpg, on motorway! I didn't really fully exploit the machine until towards the end of ownership!

I am still struggling to make a decision! Fabia is a lot cheaper to own but lacks space, Octy has part leather seats. My brother has a Passat 130 bph and wow it was quick and sounds good, can't wait until using it in a smaller car!

As for the Octy, is it around 35 odd mpg as it claimed to be? What are your experiences?

Welcome!

Regularly got 35 mpg out of both my tuned Octavia RS's.

hello and welcome

Which ever you choice both are great cars!! :D
