2002 Octavia Estate, Laurin and Klement

Featured Replies

Have finally managed to get hold of a Laurin and Klement Octavia Estate in the lovely metallic green with beige leather interior.140k on the clock with main dealer service History, cam belt done at 102k.

Anyone had one or got any tips/advice/things to look out for or is it going to be much the same as the elegance estate i had but with a leather coat on so to speak

Make sure all the xenon headlights, self levelling sensors (on wishbone and rear beam) and washers work properly. Bulbs are expensive when they go, and they are probably original too.

Apart from that, it's the same AFAIK.

Would be interesting to know what the condition of the beige interior is like after 140K

As it turns out, very good, in fact excellent for passenger and rear seats, and slight wear on drivers bolster, but nothing a good leather care treatment won`t fix!!
