Shame mate, some people are like that. Dont help fitting anti theft ones ether as there quiet easy to nick. Ive got a tins full of dust caps as well

Most kids are like that cause the parents don't give a toss anyway.

i dont know these parent looked like they wanted to throttle them lol

This happened to me at work a couple of years back, i saw the kid nicking them so i went out and told him to put them back, which he did, and said id get him some for the next day (lied). As soon as i turned my back and went in he nicked them again, little f***er!! Best thing to do is chop there thumbs off!

Really annoys me too. Before I could drive I had some nice ones (shaped like a piston) on my push bike. Left it outside a local shop while I went to get some food/drink and they'd stolen one of them. Just can't have nice things any more. Had the VW/BBS centre caps stolen out of my wheels too. :envy::punch:

I just don't bother with nice things like dust caps anymore, only a matter of time.

I went out to my old golf gti a couple of years ago one morning for work to find all the plastic door strips, arch trims and side repeaters missing..

Not the best start to the day I ever had got to be honest!

Alls i can say is OUCH

Mine always went missing so when I brought the bbs alloys that come with lush bbs dust caps I actually have to take them off and put them in the car, unbelievable!

To overcome the possibility of loosing my dust caps I always give them an extra half turn with a small pair of

pliers, which are carried in the boot tool kit.

I told a kid once too just take them after catching him twice once.

As they were anti theft ones I didn't want him killed my OZ F1 Cups I had at the time.

Little ****

someone robbed mine at work, all four of them aswell and i wasnt impressed. I looked on the cctv and saw them do it. It turned out he was the son of one of the older ladies that worked for me. Told her and i got them back a day later! She made him come in and give them to me and apologise and everything!
