Is anyone going to max powers final cruise I thought I may just go for old times sake as far as I'm aware it's going to be approx 10 miles south of Santa pod and they will be convoying from Milton Keynes hockey stadium at around 7pm

I used to love Max Power when I were a lad, Wide bodied everything... but my favorites were always the Mk2 Astra's & Pug 205's

I remember a few of the project cars but they mostly seem to have faded away once won.. "Project Thunder" A Lotus Carlton replica in florescent yellow with 17" 3 spoke alloys painted to match... A red & Yellow mk1 golf FULL of Proper ICE! (No screens, No Lights, No games consoles).. Just HUGE sound... That got stolen and they ran a plea for any info in the mag. There was an 320? With the full M3 replica kit installed..

After about 97/98 it all went a bit wrong and silly.. Less replica.. more Stupidly ott. I remember them slagging off the Ka on it;s debut as being to round to do anything with.. lol!

tha mag itself got binned off 6 months ago.

there have been many 'final cruises' think this might be the last, hopefully.

It's not affiliated with Max Power, more of a tribute, as has been said, many have been done. I wont be in attendance as there will be bigger and better cruises later in the year.

haven't read it since the mid 90's , i remember a MG Maestro in bright orange ..... why have they stopped the mag? too many other mags around now?
