For sale is a BOLERO head unit removed from my 2011 Octavia vRS.

Just upgraded to the Columbus Sat Nav, so have no need for it.

Only used for 1 week so looks and works like brand new.

Don't have a code for it, but I believe it is easily available from the main dealers, and would supply all relevant documentation relating to origin. This is 100% legit.

Open to sensible offers.

Location is in HULL, & would prefer pick up.

Only you can get the code, so best get it before you sell. This is a Skoda CZ security requirement and it must be fitted to the car it was supplied with when hooked up to the dealer kit. Nobody else will be able to get the code without proof of ownership in the form of a proper VAT Receipt in their name and proof of ID.

Just spoke to the dealers & confirm that I need to get code with the vehicle present.

To keep the sale going, I will provide the code with the head unit to the purchaser. It costs £15, but no other way round it, and I suppose its helps prevents stolen units being passed on.

Yes and should go straight in an 08 model without a CAN gateway upgrade (depending on version) IIRC

And this one is from a Octavia so no need to change the facia either

I installed one into my 08 vRS without any need for CAN Gateway change took me 20 mins

It was certainly there when in my Octy, so should have no probs.

I used an 8gb class 10 and worked like a dream.

Yeah I'll definitely let you know as soon as I've sorted one! Went to my local Skoda dealer today and they weren't too helpful! lol!

Sorry if I'm being a bit of an irritating newb, but can someone list the features of this? E.g. Can it play video? If so, how? Music from SDHC card? Reverse camera (if I get one fitted)? Just things like that so I know what I'll be getting when I buy! =) Thank you!
